 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION DEADLINE:  Wednesday, August 20th at 11:59 pm MT

 ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS

• By clicking the "submit" button, you are indicating that you have completed your submission. The abstract will be marked "incomplete" if you exit before completing the process.

Format

• When writing your title, use title case (i.e., capitalize all non-minor words).
  • Abstract titles are limited to 100 characters — this includes spaces.

Author Requirements

• If selected, it is expected that the presenting author listed on your submission will register (free) and attend the SOAR Symposium to present your poster.
• SOARS 2025 is an all In-Person Annual Meeting, meaning, any who intend to present must attend in person. There will be no virtual presentation option.

Copyright and Photography Permissions

• If selected, the authors grant the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) and Summit Brain, Spine, and Orthopedics a non-exclusive copyright to the submitted abstract material.
• Authors and attendees at the SOAR Symposium agree to allow ORS and Summit Brain, Spine and Othropedics permission to use video or photographs taken at the event on their websites and in promotional material.
